How to give someone access to your Facebook page:

Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.

1. Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.

2. Click your Page's profile picture in the top right to go to your Page.

3. Click Settings & privacy, then click Settings.

4. Click Page setup, then click Page access.

5. Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New.

6. Click Next, type the name or email address of the person you want to give Facebook access, then click their name.

7. From here, you can choose to give the person Facebook access with full control or partial control:

   • To give Facebook access with partial control: Scroll down, then click Give Access.

   • To give Facebook access with full control: Scroll down, click Toggle to allow this person to have full control, then click Give Access.

8. Type your Facebook password, then click Confirm.

The person will receive an email to accept your invitation to access your Page.

To add someone to your Google My Business Page:

Go to your Business Profile.

1. Click Menu → Business Profile settings → People and access.

2. At the top left, click Add.

3. Enter a name or email address.

4. Under "Access," choose Owner or Manager.

5. Click Invite.
